| OVERLAND CARGO TRANSPORTATION |
| Overland Cargo Transportation – OCT started in 2003 with a fleet of 60 trailers for WFP (World Food Program) intended to transport food to Iraqi Freedom. Also involved actively in transportation of materials and commodities for the on going reconstruction of Iraq. We have also supplied Equipment and drivers to the US,Danish and British Army based in Basra and operating inside Iraq. Presently we have a fleet strength of 650 Flat bed Trailer Units, 350 box compatible Trailers and 150 units of reefer semi trailers Mammut make. |

| MILITARY OPERATIONS |
| The Military Operations Project (MOP) within KGLTC provides logistical mission support to the US Government, coalition forces and their prime vendors within an area of operation (AO) of 1,000 kilometer radius from Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The MOP provides near real-time response to customer needs and has implemented a new standard a new standard in transportation logistics never before seen in the Middle East. Key personnel are all prior US military with experience in transportation logistics and have a keen awareness of requirements that are unique to the US military. Services offered include: |

| COMMERCIAL FUEL HAULAGE |
| In the national markets in which it has a presence KGL Fuel Haulage operates a Direct Division that is responsible for the hauling and sales of bulk fuels. The customer base range from prime vendors for the US Army such as KBR and CSA, to regional contractor with the ministries. KGL Fuel Haulage has ensured that through its strength in areas such as our new built to specification fleet, our direct customers have had access to the very best services provided within the industry. This has proved an important feature for many of our customers who are ensured that, regardless of requirements, they can rely on KPI as their preferred fuel haulage provider. |

| BULK TRANSPORTATION |
| KGL Bulk Transportation is based in Shuaiba Port of Kuwait. We transport most and any bulk materials from aggregate, clinker, Iron Ore, Lime Stones, to Gypsum and other materials. We have a full functioning operation that operates around the clock to support local contracts. Our fleet is built from the newest drum trucks in the market. We are ready to support any inquiries locally and in Iraq. |
